Soccer Project - Future Stars

Our aim is not just to play soccer, but to find the right young people who show through their intrinsic motivation that they want to make a difference in their lives. Through soccer, we create a positive environment in which young people can build self-confidence, learn skills and realise their full potential.

Current programme

Currently around 50 children train weekly with the Future Stars Soccer Club.

The age distribution is as follows:
- 20 children under the age of 15
- 20 children under the age of 13
- 10 children under the age of 10

Successes in the Sticks and Balls Soccer League

The Plettenberg Town Soccer League, the Sticks and Balls Soccer League, was successfully launched. The teams played with great commitment every Saturday:
- U13 team: third place in the league and bronze award
- U15 team: Second place and silver award

This participation provided the boys from Kranshoek with valuable experience and the opportunity to socialise with children from Plettenberg Bay. They were able to familiarise themselves with new cultures and facilities that they are not used to in their home town of Kranshoek.
